The resource will be placed in a team setting and will follow a “cross-training” program for the purpose of modeling and implementing acquired technical and scientific knowledge.
The candidate will be paired with the design to develop it in a sustainable way, from an architectural, energy and environmental point of view. The goal will be to advise the Client, whether Construction Manager or General Contractor, to provide a building certified according to international sustainability protocols such as LEED and BREEAM.
Duties
Follow the design and adapt it to the requirements of international sustainability protocols
Review documents and verify their integrity and compliance with protocols
Draft all materials for signing the project to the certifying body
Conduct field visits and surveys throughout the country
Manage meetings with Customers and Suppliers, in-person or remotely
Strong interaction with key stakeholders: general contractors, project managers, energy managers, designers, general contractors and contractors.
Requirements
Master’s degree in construction engineering, energy, electrical, architecture, related to eco-sustainable design
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Green Associate, Leed AP/Breeam AP certification and previous experience in energy modeling, Commissioning, Life Cycle Cost and plant design considered a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to specialize in the energy field in addition to a strong desire for professional growth complete the profile
